Lillian Durack

Certified Play Therapist


Lillian obtained a First Class Honours Post Graduate in Practiced based Play Therapy with the Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy (APAC) accredited by the National University of Ireland Galway. She has worked with clients covering a range of presenting concerns including anxiety, bereavement , behavioural challenges, bullying, and autism spectrum conditions.


Prior to beginning her career in Play Therapy,  Lillian completed a Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies in Mary Immaculate College, giving further insight into how best to support neurodivergent individuals. Neurodivergence is a special interest of Lillian's and she provides neuro-affirmative support to her clients. Lillian is also a qualified Early Years Educator and has worked with children for many years.


Lillian is trauma informed, Garda vetted, fully insured, clinically supervised and completes regular safeguarding training, ensuring that she is working to the highest possible professional standards.  Lillian is committed to continuous learning, ensuring that she is up to date with current research.


Lillian is a member of Play Therapy Ireland / Play Therapy UK and appears on the register of Play and Creative Arts Therapists. The register is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority ensuring high standards of quality assurance.
